Most of the people you meet will judge you based on their first impression, if you make an extra effort during your initial contact to bond with the person you are meeting and you’ll save yourself from future trouble.
If for some reason you’re not feeling on top of your game then try to avoid social functions, most people love to spend time with someone who is cheerful and confident not someone with a bad disposition.
Learning to deal with others properly requires considerable effort and practice. Chances are if you’re not very successful at dealing with others, you haven’t had the chance to be suitably coached.

Keep the end result in mind, thinking and then acting positively helps build your self-image and develops your personal power. With a positive mental attitude you’ll have a strong pillar to lean on when life hands you challenges. By projecting your personal self-assurance and power in the face of adversity you will positively affect others around you. While others fall apart under the stress you will present yourself as a strong leader.
Are your desires in harmony with your personal goals? It doesn’t really matter if your goal is to be a corporate president, or simply be the best person on earth, set a goal, develop a plan and than follow the plan to reach your goal. To achieve a goal, it is essential to have a clear vision of your goal, a vague idea is not a goal. Once you have a clear vision, you need to form a plan of action. You will need to build in some form of accountability to ensure you follow through on your plan. The use of a journal is great ways to keep track of your progress, as well as making yourself accountable.
Most people have a hard time keeping a commitment they have made to themselves. You have to keep your goal in front of you at all times. If you regularly have someone to talk to about your goals and keep you accountable for your progress, you are more likely to follow through with your plan. Overtime your lifestyle changes will become part of who you are and they will be easy to maintain, but in the beginning, support is critical to make meaningful change.

Changing a self-destructive personal outlooks requires a sincere effort. Replacing undesirable thoughts with positively reinforced goals can be accomplished by defining and implementing a positive life strategy. Initially your objective will be to define your goals and keep these in sight at all times. Your strategy will evolve to begin to reflect the master purpose of your life. It’s different than your daily routine, it should come to represent your life model. Your strategy should develop literally into becoming the explanation of your entire approach to personal wellbeing, the big picture or master plan outcome that you’re after. You then change your self destructive habits by adopting and molding your thoughts around our newly formed and ever evolving life strategy. It takes time to develop change self destructive habits replacing them with positive habits, by defining and following your life strategy you will find your road to personal wellbeing has a few less turns.

As we walk around we tend to loose site of our surroundings, stop for a moment and try to identify your thoughts, what types of thoughts are filling your mind? Are your thoughts more positive, or are they negative?
If you were walking down the hall with these thoughts on your mind, would anyone be able to tell what’s on your mind?
The answer may be pretty broad, people may not be able to tell you exactly what you think, they will have an idea of how you are feeling.
Your thoughts can be extremely powerful, and they affect your overall outlook. That outlook will reflect on your general appearance as well. It doesn’t end there, as you know your attitude will also affect the people who deal with you, as well as the people you meet.
