However, that's easier said than done! sometimes life throws obstaceles in our ways that would make us question our abilities. I would add that learning how to deal with failure is essential to building self-esteem. "I failed this time" is so much different from "I'm a failure". We need to learn that setbacks are opportunities in disguise and that we must look deeper to learn the precious lessons they are sending us.
